Summit For Someone is a fundraising program owned by and to benefit Big City Mountaineers. In its sixth year and continuing to see record success, Summit for Someone is the No. 1 mountaineering fundraiser in the country. Participants choose a fully-guided climb on one of North America’s marquee peaks — Mount Rainier, Mount Whitney, Mount Hood, Mount Shasta, the Grand Teton and more — and raise money to help fund Big City Mountaineers’ summer recreational mentoring programs for at-risk teens.
