Time to start training

June is our biggest month of climbs, with 11 SFS climbs headed out. Which means many of us have about 16 weeks (or less) to start training for our climbs, most of which will take most of us up several thousand feet in a few days.

I’ll be posting some helpful stuff on the blog in the next few weeks, including my own low-maintenance training “regimen.” There are all kinds of strategies for getting ready for a climb, all of which involve just getting in good physical condition.
